Our team of dedicated collaborators is constantly working to register your site on over 15 international booking platforms, manage and update listings by synchronizing all of your calendars, tracking and informing you of fluctuations in requests and responding directly to questions and requests regarding your listings, aiming always at maximizing bookings and good reviews.

To rent a house for a few days (cottage, apartment, etc.) and to find a place to stay in the whole world, people use international web sites “online short term rental platforms”. This percentage is settled upon agreement, ranging between 7 – 30%, depending on the property and your particular needs.

Everywhere! We manage and promote properties and lodgings all over the country, while with the innovative automation solutions we provide, all arrival, staying and departure procedures become simple and without any need for your presence. We manage everything, and you get paid!

What happens if I already have reservations at the start of my partnership with Holihouse?

No problem! We update all your calendars with your existing reservations and they are carried through without any charge!

How can I reserve dates for myself?

Easily! With the online calendar we provide you, you can just block your desired dates, for your personal or other use, as long as there is not a confirmed pre-existing reservation.

How are the prices defined?

You give us the lowest price per period and we define our pricing based on that. We use pricing algorithms and constant price adjustments for the maximization of your revenue, always getting the highest possible price for each stay!

How is the payment processed?

Payments are deposited directly and in full to a bank account( Greek or abroad) or through Paypal, Stripe account. Each month, you receive a detailed reservation report, so that you are always in complete control of the financial data!

What about damages?

In the rare occasion of a physical damage, the property is covered from the damage deposit of each platform. For any demand, we act on your behalf and try to get fully reimbursed, always according to the terms and conditions of each platform.

Can I set rules for my space?

Of course, and we inform each guest in detail, with the confirmation of each reservation (smoking, pets etc). Make sure you have informed us for every rule and that you have stated them in detail in Holihouse’s online questionnaire.

How does our partnership comes to a stop?

You are free to leave our partnership at any time, without any obligation whatsoever. This way, you can use our services and see your profits increase, risk free and with nothing to lose!
